I craft user-centered digital experiences that blend creativity with purpose. From campaign ecosystems to interactive interfaces, my work connects design, storytelling, and technology — ensuring every digital touchpoint feels intentional, intuitive, and beautifully executed.
I have worked with several advertising agencies including TBWA, Joe Public, Roering Creative Kin and Edelman SA and most recently Grey South Africa.

Mbuso Mabena worked for me when I was Chief Creative Officer of Grey South Africa, and again when I became Chief Creative Officer of VML South Africa.
I hired him to work on the Savanna Cider account. The account was extremely demanding and complex, with many jobs and many deadlines running at the same time. It required the highest standards of creativity, but also the ability to keep a calm head and to keep a handle on all the different jobs and deadlines.
Maps joined as a Multimedia Designer, but soon showed that he had very strong conceptual abilities as well. In addition to his strong design and multimedia skills, and ability to roll out campaigns across multiple digital formats, he was able to conceptualise ideas and campaigns and soon started working very closely with the creative teams in coming up with campaign ideas, as well as in their implementation As you'll see from his portfolio, he worked on a number of TV/ film campaigns for Savanna. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you. He's a hard worker and a team player, a talented designer and an all round good human being.
